After the installation of medical equipment, specialists provide support to the medical institution on service issues, namely:
- maintenance;
- warranty;
- post-warranty repair.
The Harwind service centre employs licensed engineers. The certificates received by our specialists from manufacturers give them the right to install medical equipment, provide warranty service, and repair any complexity.
The warranty period varies from one year or more, depending on the manufacturer. A number of brands provide a warranty of 2 to 3 years. This warranty period can be extended by entering into an additional agreement for a regulated maintenance schedule. According to the warranty agreement, the company's engineer will visit the medical institution for maintenance."
The engineer's visit within the framework of warranty repair is FREE for a medical institution.
In other cases, the visit will be paid, the cost depends on the remoteness of the medical institution and the complexity of the work performed.
Harwind Service Centre has the right to independently diagnose and repair any complexity of equipment of many brands (except for X-ray).
